Established in 2015, VTVHT has been delivering high quality metallurgical solutions for the Aerospace, Defence, Medical, Automotive and Manufacturing industries. VTVHT provides vacuum heat treatment services including vacuum hardening, vacuum tempering, vacuum annealing, vacuum brazing and other associated services.

Established VT Vacuum Heat Treaters (VTVHT) facility to focus on high speciality vacuum heat treatment and vacuum brazing for Aerospace, Defence, Medical and Automotive sectors.

2016

Designed, developed and installed Hypersonic Wind Tunnel of 3 Horten Spheres of 16.5m diameter with 100,000 m3/h vacuum pumping system at Hyderabad

2021

Delivered engine thrust test facility of 6m (dia) x 9m (long) at Valiamala

2023

Established Vacuum Techniques & Controls Pvt. Ltd (VTCPL) to focus on turnkey vacuum system projects

Indigenously developed vacuum rotary pumps of 6 - 60 m3/h

1995

Indigenously designed and developed thermo-vacuum (space simulation) system to ISRO

1996

Supplied vacuum brazing furnace to aerospace customer at Koraput

Designed and developed industrial grade vacuum arc melting with 250 kg capacity at Hyderabad

2006

Developed and supplied Propulsion test system to ISRO

2015

Setup the ITER India Test Facility (INTF) of 19m long vacuum vessel at Gandhinagar

2017

Build 58 UHV (10^-9 mbar) diagnostic chambers for the new Facitlity for Antiproton and ion Research (FAIR) beam line at Darmstadt, Germany

2022

Designed and developed 170kW 36m long Electron Beam Welding (EBW) system for Zirconium welding with production automation
