Since 1989, VTPL is serving academia, research and industry in India and world-wide. VTPL houses modern manufacturing and assembly factory in Bangalore, with service and technical support centers across India in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata.

The VTPL is India’s premier thin film and vacuum technology group with over 45 years of expertise in the design and manufacture of high vacuum equipment for research and industrial applications. Established in 2015, VTVHT has been delivering high quality metallurgical solutions for the Aerospace, Defence, Medical, Automotive and Manufacturing industries. VTVHT provides vacuum heat treatment services including vacuum hardening, vacuum tempering, vacuum annealing, vacuum brazing and other associated services.

Designed, developed and installed Hypersonic Wind Tunnel of 3 Horten Spheres of 16.5m diameter with 100,000 m3/h vacuum pumping system at Hyderabad

2021

Delivered engine thrust test facility of 6m (dia) x 9m (long) at Valiamala

2023

Established Vacuum Techniques & Controls Pvt. Ltd (VTCPL) to focus on turnkey vacuum system projects

Setup the ITER India Test Facility (INTF) of 19m long vacuum vessel at Gandhinagar

Build 58 UHV (10^-9 mbar) diagnostic chambers for the new Facitlity for Antiproton and ion Research (FAIR) beam line at Darmstadt, Germany

Designed and developed 170kW 36m long Electron Beam Welding (EBW) system for Zirconium welding with production automation
